After the meeting, I will build a comprehensive quote and send it to you for approval. Once the quote is approved, I will send out an invoice for the initial 40% retainer fee, along with a contract detailing the project and payment schedule.
What is your pricing structure, and are there any additional fees?

Any work contracted with Ainiva Solutions will begin the day after receiving the retainer fee payment. If the payment day falls on a Friday, work will begin on the following Monday.

Though I may take the project on as my "baby," it is not my business, project, or task that I am trying to perfect. It’s the client's.
